I became an Independent ACN Rep in 1995 at the urging of a family member. I thought it made sense to try to take some money back from the rich big three telephone companies, and wanted to show some support. Deregulation had created opportunities for people to save on exhorbitant per minute calling rates through newer companies like ACN.
